A few hours in FLA…and the airport
3 A.M. and the Metro is hopping.
Chris and I got up this last Thursday and drove down to the metro at 3 am both to visit our respected ladies across the country (the things we men do for beautiful girls). We were both wrong in thinking that we would have a solo ride to LAX-in fact there is quite a community of 3 am train riders. When the two of us arrived on the scene, no amount of hands in the pockets and hoods shadding our bloodshot eyes could deter one lady from making us her friends. She spilled her heart out to us about the man she has loved for years- who works on the train. When we asked her if she had talked to him, she sadi “no, i am too afraid to ruin it.” After several minutes of instruction by our new friend on how to ride the Metro, Chris and I boarded the train to the airport-a ride we have both taken countless times.
The rest of the day was spent hoping there would be room on the plane and meeting back together after we tried each flight.
A Night in NY
This weekend…well actually just Saturday I was in New York. I was able to pick up my weding suit from 5th Ave and to surprise one of my best friends- Adam who was throwing a dinner party that night. This may seem a little extreme, but when you have friends like these it is well worth it. It was a blast to share a good home cooked Mediteranean meal with friends old and new.

Deep Sea Diver presented by We Love Long Beach
Last night I was able to enjoy one of the best shows I have seen in a while….Deep Sea Diver. It was their EP release show, and the night was hosted by “We Love Long Beach.” There wasn’t an empty seat at the Art Theatre on 4th st. as Jessica Dobson played to the crowd of Long Beach friends and fans. Here are a few photos from the show and I will have the whole album up soon.
